Certified Agile Leadership 2 (CAL 2)

Our two-day Certified Agile Leadership 2 (CAL 2) course, students will complete the Scrum Alliance-accredited Agile leadership curriculum. This advanced training builds on foundational Agile leadership knowledge and offers a deeper exploration into how organizational structure influences the realization of true business Agility.

Through hands-on exercises and group discussion, students will use the organizational topology model as a framework to assess constraints on Agility and explore an empirical approach to organizational change management. This course also includes role-based simulations to compare leadership and delegation styles, examining the strengths and challenges each can provide when we seek to foster a culture of Agility.

Our Certified Agile Leadership (CAL 2) class is a highly interactive experience. Students will apply Agile leadership fundamentals, scaling concepts, and teaming principles to the real-world dynamics of their own organization.

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, students will earn the Certified Agile Leader 2 (CAL 2) credential with the Scrum Alliance.
