This class builds upon the foundation established in Kanban System Design (KSD) training or your own existing Kanban knowledge. Students will consider what type of Kanban is most appropriate for their organization and how to effectively manage and evolve it over time. Students will also understand the Kanban Maturity Model, practical improvement techniques, and learn how to improve Agility with regular meeting and feedback cadences.

Certification

Upon completion of the class, students will receive a certificate of completion. In order to receive the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential, students must also complete the first course in the Kanban University Foundations track: Kanban System Design (KSD).

Who Should Attend?

This class is great for leadership, marketing, research and development, product development, and support teams, as well as anybody interested in increasing throughput and decreasing lead time. Prior experience applying the Kanban method is recommended. Previous attendance at a Kanban System Design (KSD) class is preferred but not required.
