Agile Business Analyst
​Sprightbulb is looking for Business Analysts who can:
  • Facilitate requirements interviews and workshops with key business and technical stakeholders to identify a roadmap of product features and generate a prioritized product backlog of epics and user stories
  • Support organizational change management efforts aimed towards developing, measuring, and communicating key performance indicators
  • Engage clients, evolving their Agile delivery, taking part in their continuous improvement process, and helping them build a culture of transparency and inspection and adaptation
  • Build business architectures that convey “As-Is” and “To-Be” states for product and/or organization
Certifications are appreciated; real-life practice is required. We expect our Business Analysts to have hands-on experience working with stakeholders, Scrum Masters and Product Owners in an agile environment. You must have strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal intelligence, knowledge of Lean and Agile principles, and have fostered an environment where products succeed, and organizations evolve. Experience in Design Thinking is admired. We expect a genuine passion for helping clients identify and realize their business needs. 
Agile Coach
Sprightbulb is looking for Agile Coaches who can:
  • Teach and support teams and individuals to be autonomous within the given boundaries of their organizations and its processes
  • Mediate team conflicts, help them make decisions, and foster their self-organization
  • Engage clients, helping them adopt and mature Agile delivery, establish a continuous improvement process, build a culture of transparency and inspection and adaptation.
  • Solve problems, bring disagreements into the open, and enable collaborative solutions
  • Lead workshops for teams and executive to better understand Scrum or Kanban practices and embrace new way to work in/with a software delivery organization
  • Ensure that ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives) facilitated by ScrumMasters are effective; coach them to be great servant leaders and radiate information to leadership
  • Define expected behaviors and approach to work needed from the various functions in a new Agile environment
  • Encourage organizations to leverage open source frameworks, libraries, and other software to enable their teams to use the right tool for the job
Certifications are appreciated; real-life practice is required. We expect our coaches to have hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach, ScrumMaster and/or Product Owner in an Agile environment. You must have knowledge of Lean and Agile principles, and have fostered an environment where products succeed, and organizations evolve. We expect a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow to become high-performing. 
ScrumMaster
​Sprightbulb is looking for ScrumMasters who can:
  • Ensure analysts, testers, developers, designers, and security engineers work together as one team to deliver new functionality frequently
  • Help Product Owners as they create their Product Backlog and layout their releases
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Work with team to radiate information to stakeholders and leadership
  • Recognize, raise, and remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving their goals
  • Teach and support teams and individuals to be autonomous within the given boundaries of their organizations and its processes
  • Mediate team conflicts, help them make decisions, and foster their self-organization
  • Solve problems, bring disagreements into the open, and enable a collaborative solution
  • Encourage teams to leverage open source frameworks, libraries, and other software to enable the use of the right tool for the job
Certifications are appreciated; real-life experience as a servant-leader is required. We expect our ScrumMasters to have hands-on experience working with development teams and Product Owners to foster an environment where products succeed, and organizations evolve. We expect a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow to become high-performing. 
Business Process Engineer
Sprightbulb is looking for Business Process Engineers who can:
  • Facilitate interviews and workshops with key business and technical stakeholders to document current pain points and inefficiencies in current processes
  • Build business architectures that convey “As-Is” and “To-Be” states for product and/or organization including Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) process models with associated functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, activity descriptions, and data/information exchanges
  • Conduct Cost / Benefit Analysis for implementation of reengineered processes in the target state
  • Work with and train stakeholders to execute improvements, track progress, and perform post-implementation reviews
  • Support organizational change management efforts aimed towards developing, measuring, and communicating key performance indicators
Certifications are appreciated; real-life practice is required. We expect our Process Engineers to have hands-on experience working with stakeholders to develop, implement, and measure meaningful process change.  You must have strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal intelligence, and the ability to dissect and visualize business processes. Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles is helpful. We expect a genuine passion for helping clients identify and realize their business needs. 
Organizational Change Specialist
​Sprightbulb is looking for Organizational Change Specialists who can:
  • Facilitate interviews and workshops with key business and technical stakeholders to understand their mission and culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs, timelines, and key performance indicators
  • Utilize innovative, creative approaches and continuous improvement to drive communications, training, and content to improve the absorption and adoption of key messages
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication, training, and other change management activities
  • Work with and train stakeholders to execute improvements, measure progress, and perform post-implementation reviews
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption
Certifications are appreciated; real-life practice is required. We expect our Organizational Change Specialists to have hands-on experience working with stakeholders to implement and measure meaningful, lasting change.  You must have strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal intelligence, empathy, and the ability to understand and influence cultural capital. Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles is helpful. We expect a genuine passion for helping clients identify and realize their business needs.
